All participants traveling with Align Retreats LLC (“Align Retreats LLC”) are required to obtain and maintain comprehensive travel insurance for the full duration of their journey, including all travel days before departure and after return.
This requirement applies to all journeys, regardless of destination, duration, or cost. Participation in any Align Retreats LLC journey is contingent upon compliance with this requirement.

While coverage amounts vary by provider and destination, Align Retreats strongly recommends that participants obtain coverage amounts appropriate for international pilgrimage travel.

Align Retreats journeys are intentionally small, application-based, and capacity-limited. As such, refunds are limited and governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available at: /legal/refunds-cancellations

Failure to obtain travel insurance does not create any additional refund rights beyond those stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Align Retreats LLC reserves the right to request proof of travel insurance prior to departure.
Failure to provide proof upon request may result in denial of participation or removal from the journey. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the participant remains bound by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Participants acknowledge that Leyline Travel is not responsible for costs, losses, damages, injuries, delays, or disruptions resulting from insufficient, denied, or absent insurance coverage.
Participants understand that travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, cancellations, lost property, and emergencies.
By choosing not to obtain adequate travel insurance, participants knowingly assume full financial and personal responsibility for those risks.
